Fall 2018 Quarterly Meeting

You are invited to a Montana Quaker Fall gathering in Bozeman on Saturday October 19!  There is no registration for the Fall meeting, but it is helpful if you email Kate if you are coming (See contact info below)   Please remember you must make your own accommodation reservations or arrangements if you plan to spend Saturday night. 

Information on Accommodations

Although the meeting only lasts one day, the Bozeman Quaker community is offering Saturday night accommodations to those who would like to stay the night.

Schedule and Food

We are working out the specific schedule along with food options.  Ministry and Council will meet in the morning and Steering Committee in the afternoon. Anyone is welcome to attend the Steering Committee meeting; the more the merrier!  Also, depending on interest there may be a Quaker hike and/or Bozeman Hot Springs soak in the afternoon.  We will definitely have a potluck and some kind of good Quaker fun in evening.  Please check back soon for details!
